Loïs has the true Arabian look and spirit. She has a lovely and short dished head with a very large forehead and very prominent big liquid black eyes. Every one who see her describe her as a real look alike of the early Davenport imports in America. She is truly special with the famous Arabian spark in the eyes. She is very sweet and loves attention, she is a pleasure to work with and she is very well trained under saddle in western pleasure and hunter but also in endurance, she is wonderful for long trail rides too. Our first Arabian and our first love at first sight! She is the foundation of Kenelm Arabians.

She is small but has one of the biggest hearts in the world, really dedicate to love.

Loïs comes from a family where versatility and beauty are always present. She is the only daughter of the Russian polish stallion Fiodor very well ridden in western pleasure and also shown in halter. Fiodor is one of the last sons of the legendary Vatican. Vatican was bred in Tersk in Russia in 1983 he raced several years with the following results 4/31 (9-6-9) among his best performance is the win in the Prize of Europe in Warszawa in Poland. Vatican has sired many show champions like Mirok Monpelou, European Champion Stallion and leased in USA, Mirkova, European Champion filly, Pash Vacan multiple international champion. Vatican is by Kumir a sire of stars worlwide including Pakistan, Pesennik now in Brazil and Nikel outstanding race horse and sire of champions. Vatican's dam is Nevesta sold for $75,000 at age 19. Another Nevesta daughter Naum was sold for $200,000 at the Tersk Sale to UAE.

Fiodor's dam line is appealing too. His dam the lovely Arnia is a daughter of Arbor who was National Champion of France and European Champion stallion he is out of the famous polish broodmare Arba by Comet who only produced the very best like Argo, Polish National Champion Stallion, Arbil leased by Lasma Arabians for four breeding seasons, but also Arra Triple Crown race horse as she won the Derby, the Oaks and the Criterium in 1979, she was also European Champion Mare and Polish National Champion mare in 1986, she is the dam of the great Ararat sire of Champions. Another daughter of Arba is Armanda sold for $400,000 at the Scottsdale Sale.

The sire line of Loïs traces two times to Comet through Arba but also Pohaniec, Swedish National Champion and European reserve Champion Stallion in 1976 well known as the sire of Pomar, Forex WorldChampion Stallion, but above all of Probat.

But Loïs has the refinement and feminity inherited from her dam who unfortunately died in early 2002 during foaling. Medersa El Masan was a typical and exotic product of the Sultana Family breeding programm in France based on the cross between two great stallions the straight egyptian Masan by Habdan Enzahi and the egyptian related Maklouf. Medersa was sired by Masan who was considered as the best sire of his generation in France he produced outstanding offspring for endurance but also great show winners. Habdan Enzahi, his sire, is one of the most influencal Nazeer's sons in Europe, with Kaisoon and Aswan, he produced a lot of legendary sons and daughters in Germany with the famous Marbach Stud and gave to this country some of the most outstanding egyptian arabians who made his worldwide reputation.

Medersa's dam the breathtaking Magrebia Arabia was the full sister of Maklouf Twice World Champion Stallion and sire of Targuia El Maklouf Twice World Champion Mare. Maklouf has sired many international champions and endurance and race winners as well. In fact Magrebia Arabia's dam Mabrouka is the full sister of Masan, who produced an intense linebreeding, the source of a lot of champions.

Magrebia is also the dam of Kebir El Mektoub , International Champion and National Champion Colt of France.

Loïs has all the qualities needed to be an outstanding broodmare , her pedigree is a nice blend of multiple international champions and champions producers . Her offspring have been all sold to date except her last 2010 filly who is available to a special home . She is a one of a kind mare.
