Kenelm Evening Snow
Kenelm Evening Snow as a yearling Snow is the result of a proven cross. Her dam MSA Evening Song was bred first time to Sandstorm in 2003 for her first baby and the result was outstanding! We obtained a wonderful, balanced and exotic grey filly that we named Kenelm Evening Fame. We immediately rebred Evening Song to Sandstorm. We had a nice idea as some months later Fame left the farm for her new home in England near Manchester to become a show and breeding horse. Then in February 2005 Snow was born ( she was named like that because she was our surprise in the stables the only morning where we have had some snow flakes ) and wow! She was even better than her sister !
Snow was not what we can call an exotic baby, she was huge and ultra leggy but didn’t look like a china doll but the first day I saw her move she gives me goosebumps! Such a small creature able to cover so much ground, easily, with power and grace she was just a pleasure to look at. More Snow grown and more she became outstanding.
Snow has an incredible face with big black liquid eyes and perfect little ears, large nostrils and a body to die for, she looks like a top model, when you look at her all is balance, beauty and harmony if I could I wouldn’t change anything on her. This is the reason why Snow is being retained at the farm as a future broodmare. She has inherited the athleticism of both her sire and dam, the exotic look of Evening Song, the super dispositions of her sire. She is the exact image of the cross of these two great representatives of the breed.
Snow as always been very close to me. She loves attention and is one of my very favourites among my homebred girls. I have a lot of hopes and ideas about Snow’s future. She should be bred in 2008 and after her first baby she will certainly start a western pleasure carreer.
