The Farm

When we arrived here in 1999 nothing was exciting for stabling horses we’ve built everything year after year. And it’s still going on! But how exciting!

Kenelm Arabians is settled on 30 acres of land with many oaks coming from the past centuries.

Horses enjoy daily turn out in the excellent pastures

One of the most important points was that all barns, arena and pastures look “natural” and beautiful in the countryside.

We do have 30 stables for our horses

A first barn of 7 stables is used for the stallions and some of their mares.

Another big barn of 13 stables is the foaling and mares barn, only girls in this one : mares in foal or mares with babies at side or young mares being prepared to be bred. We do have also a laboratory in this one and a complete artificial insemination centre.

Then we have a 10 stables open barn along the indoor arena mostly used for visiting horses, young ones or clients owned horses.

We worked a lot on the flowers and background, you can admire the results!

Additionally we are in a fabulous region in Herbignac itself you can find very nice settings.

Here is the old “Chateau de Ranrouet” just a few minutes from the farm and its very nice to spend a few hours there.

A few kilometres away it is the fabulous views from Pen Bé

You can also go to Piriac, still very close to the farm!

Then of course , still very close to the farm you can discover La Baule, with its endless beach, casinos, numerous restaurants and facilities and one of the most amazing horse structure which welcomes every year one of the most important show jumping in the world , you can also enjoy during the spring and summer regular polo training sessions on the beach! Definitely a horse region.
